Masterchef runner up Shazia Khan demonstrated some cooking techniques using some of the TTK Prestige cookware. She churned out some amazing dishes and some of us bloggers were invited to witness this experience on 27/03/2017 at The Oberoi, Bengaluru.
During the preparation of her dishes, she used a range of innovative kitchen tools and gadgets from TTK Prestige that included: Prestige Air-Fryer, Prestige Slow Juicer, Clip on pressure cooker, Schott glass gas hob top, Automatic mixer grinder, Induction cook top, Gold cookware and the Veggie cutter.
What did she cook?
Dukkah crusted paneer with creamy beetroot: Looked nice, couldn’t try it.
The brinjal affair: Didn’t get a chance to taste this, but looked amazing.
Grilled figs with almond crumble and vanilla mousse: Words cannot describe how delicious this dish was. I love grilled figs and this looked sophisticated and had international standards in terms of presentation and taste. Try the recipe from her cookbook and you would be happy if our able to cook and taste the same way.
Chilly mutton sliders, Cuban chicken skewers and specially concocted grape juice puchka shots were some other dishes and was hard to capture pics with such a rush from people to capture a glimpse of the dishes being churned out.
But I did taste a bite of the sliders and it was delicious too.
The TTK prestige range of cookware looked amazing and I am sure every person who keeps spending time in the kitchen would like to have their hands on these and try out cooking with simplified cooking methods and technologies.
Commenting on how TTK Prestige as a brand caters to the Indian consumer, Mr. Chandru Kalro, Managing Director, TTK Prestige said, “Cooking has evolved into an art form.
